Terrible customer service. When I went in to return a battery that had failed after only 3 months, I was greeted with an attitude and given the run around on what the warranty period for the battery was. First told me it was 2 weeks, then it depended on if the battery was re sellable, THEN he told me 6 months. Told him that it wouldn’t take a charge, I tried 2 different battery chargers, he said they’d have to charge it on their charger to determine if it was refundable or not. After 6 years, the replacement battery I bought here was showing its age. The replacement was taken care of quickly and easily. If you need a battery (watch, UPS unit, wheel chair, car, or anything else that uses batteries), this is the place to go.
I came in for a car battery installation and the service I received was above and beyond and friendly to boot! Would definitely come back and recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
