Placed an online order (after hours) for a new basic car key with a fob that was listed as in stock and specifically matching my vehicle. Got a call late the next day that the key wasn't in stock and would need to be transfered. I picked this location specifically because it was in stock, despite it being the farthest from my home. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SOMETHING HAS CHANGED HERE. DON'T BUY THEIR LIFETIME WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT. A couple of years or so ago, I purchased the lifetime battery replacement option. I've also had phone screen replacement at this location. I've always been satisfied as Ive brought my watches in a few times. Apparently, my phone number was input incorrectly so each time I've been in, they ask me if it's under another number and I politely have said no while also stating politely that I thought that had been fixed.
