Great store,very helpful and friendly
Let me just start by saying I had absolutely no issues with my phone besides the lcd repair needed prior to bringing it in to batteries plus. In January of 2025 I brought my phone in for a lcd screen repair which was done by Ivan. Shortly after picking it up it went completely black then it was brought back and “fixed” after that the screen just stopped working all together while you could see the screen but not touch it and it register. Walked into the Anderson location my 1st time here & the gentleman working was Kolby, he was very polite & answered all my questions & explained things very well. I'll have to go back again tomorrow to have a key and fob cut & programed so will see how the service is tomorrow & I'll extend my review then. Thanks!! 😊 Amanda
