Refused to warranty their product. And was nothing but pointing fingers at "what if" scenarios. Their nation wide "warranty" is a flat out lie

Tried calling several times they just kept putting me on hold for really long time, while I was on hold I was able to fully research my needs find many different companies selling what I needed and make an order through a third-party website all while being on hold, and then they just hung up on me.
DO NOT BRING BROKEN PHONES HERE! I brought my phone in with a shattered screen and they ended up leaving it damaged 3 times. I brought it somewhere else to fix it by the third time and the new guy told me batteries plus left on old adhesive and dust under the screen and just plopped a new screen on top. Such a waste of time so DO NOT trust them to repair phones I have no clue why they even offer that service if they are unable to properly perform it.
Great price on a new car battery. This is the second time I’ve ordered a battery from Batteries Plus!
