Long wait, poor training, and unresolved issue I first went to the Batteries Plus near my home in Centennial, only to find it had closed. I then drove 20 minutes to the Craig Rd location to use my free batteries‑for‑life key fob replacement. I gave the employee my car info and key fob and waited while he worked at the bench.
