I needed a specialty lithium battery that is the physical dimensions of a AA battery, but 3.6V instead of 1.5V. I called before driving there since it is over 15 miles away, and they told me they had them after repeating the voltage multiple times. I drive all the way down there in 3:30p traffic, and the woman I spoke to on the phone shows me the Energizer 1.5V lithium battery. Per Google they should be open at 9am on Saturdays and even their door says the same hours. Drove down here and it’s still closed as of 9:45am. Frustrating since they closed their Centennial store so this one isn’t a close drive. Other than that I usually have great customer service when they are open.
Michael was great in helping to fix my phone. Fast and cheap! Will definitely come back.
