Date of review is 1/12/2025...I can start with I've purchased all my car batteries from this location for years.. I recommend and convinced family and friends to purchase car batteries from this location but no more. I purchased an optima battery back in 2020....October of 2022, it started failing, I took it back to batteries plus on Craig. Chris....The store manager at the time was quick to let me know it was bad. I had a bad experience at this location a few weeks ago tryingtoget a battery replaced warranty. I returned today and my issue was resolved promptly. I give 4 stars because the store that used to be in Centennial hills is closed. Not happy having to drive that far now. Overall, today was a good experience.
i was just at that location 30 min ago on 11-26-2025 and it was empty inside. all materials are gone and the sign on the building is removed. NO LONGER IN BUSINESS.
