Whitley is great everytime I come she’s very helpful and knowledgeable! This time she was even gracious enough to change my battery, by the time I got back from Wendy’s she was already done! Definitely will be back & hopes this motivates the next to give them a try!
Folks let me tell yall about the experience I had on today at this location. First off i have to give hella props & high respect to Ms. Whitley. Lord have mercy this young lady knows about batteries to the utmost. I called to get prices & information on a 400 cca battery for my HD road glide and to see if it was worth switching to a Lithium battery. I must say the sales specialist, Whitley has excellent customer service she was very patient in cleaning out the charging port of my cell phone. She explained the possible situations that could cause issues with this area of the phone. I left the store with my I phone working as new. Whitley is definitely and great asset to this store…
I have to give a MAJOR shoutout and many thanks to the amazing workers, Derald & Whitley! They both were the kindest and so helpful for me and my friend today. If you are in the area I HIGHLY recommend going to see them! Both beautiful humans🫶
Very friendly staff that is proud of their store and their products. Very helpful answering questions. Installed a new cell phone battery within 45 minutes while I went next-door and shopped. Whitley was very personable and efficient. Now I’m trying to think of something else I need, just to go in and say hi to her.
