The sales associate was really friendly, helpful, and professional. I don’t normally go to one off stores like this, but I’ll be coming back to batteries plus at this location.
I Came in for a phone issue I had and was totally wow'd by These two individuals who took care of my daughter and I . They went above and beyond to help us. Great customer service. Great energy!!! The two heard the problem and continued untill a solution was met!!!! Very impressed!!! I will be back !!!! Thank you Whitley and Nehemiah. Y'all were great !!!

Nice discount offered and received. The battery was ready when I arrived. Since I am handicapped and have difficulty walking, it would have been nice to have help carrying the battery to my car but it wasn't even offered.
Whitley was so amazing with changing my battery for my QX50 . She did so with meticulous detailing in extreme cold weather with a smile and such kindness!!! I the wind was blowing so hard yet she continued on until accomplishing the goal! She also recognizes that my key fob had sluggish batteries and replaced those too. She was so patient with me and also quality controlled to make sure my car was start. She went beyond battery installation and also advised me to replace my corrosion impacted terminals.
