Do not honor their warranty on a one year old car battery and staff seems to know nothing about car batteries. You should probably have someone that knows the difference between 6 and 12v helping customers.
They had what I needed in stock , which was a difficult battery to get for my motorcycle. Couldn’t be happier that I found it on my first attempt.
Walked in to the store today needing a new battery in my car key fob. The associate we spoke to was great! He explained the lifetime replacement program and we were out of the store with peace of mind and working fob in minutes. Couldn’t be happier!
These guys always help with battery, iPhone and related issues. Usually it costs less than I expected. Best of all, as a 73 year old tech challenged guy, they never try make me feel ignorant. And I am!
