Store is MIA... Placed an order for store pickup as according to Google and the company website, they were open on Sunday, and never heard from them about the order being ready for pickup. After multiple calls I drove to the store only to find a sign on the door saying temporary hours and they are closed on Sundays...none of which was reflected on Google Maps or the company website. I want to praise Casey for his excellence in customer service. He did an amazing job resolving a problem I had with my phone. I will definitely return to this store.
What should have been a next day pick up took almost three weeks to get delivered. Next time I’m using Amazon or Walmart. Customer service is horrible and communication is lacking as well!
