Associate took one look at the old UPS battery I brought in and had a replacement in my hands in no time. So much better than risking buying junk on amazon.

I called this store this morning to check if a specific hard to find 6 volt battery was in stock. I was advised it was and I told the person on the phone I would pick it up later in the day. I arrived at the store at approximately 30 minutes before closing. I told the person at the counter I called earlier in the day and he remembered exactly what I needed and did the transaction effortlessly. I thanked the individual for his excellent customer service.
