Outstanding customer service at batteries plus
Honestly the only person who really knew how to help me was the, I’m guessing he’s the, store manager. He immediately identified the issue of why my order was cancelled and endure my order would come through… which it did. Past that, other than checking out… it wasn’t a great experience. Not only was my order cancelled without my knowledge, but (after confirming by looking through my messages - which I keep them all) I was never called to let me know it was in even though supposedly someone made a note that I received a call... read more
Went in to have my car battery changed. The manager (Larry) assisted me. My car battery was extremely difficult to change. Larry went above and beyond to get it done. I almost left and took it to a dealership and Larry said let me take another crack at it and he was successful! The layout of my battery required detailed precision and a human being who truly cared about getting the job done! This guy and this store are top tier! Best customer service around!!!
