10/10 recommend Batteries Plus to have a car key/fob replaced. I ordered online and was called the next day to come in. Went in and was out in 30 minutes with a working key and fob. It was a fast and easy transaction and I appreciate that.
Came into store to get get key fob programed for my wife's car. While speaking with the store manager, Larry Bost he gave me what I would say the best customer service I've experienced in my lifetime. I told him he should do commercials. Great service 👍🏾
Needed a battery for my truck and they did not have one in the store closest to me. It took 3 days to get it here from a store 20 miles away. The staff was used to this delay. Then my Roomba needed a battery which they had for $79, I got the same battery (speced) on Amazon for $30. Delivered the next day.
Larry and Rob gave me excellent customer service! They are both very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you both for all your help! They go above and beyond to help me every time I visit!
