Very thorough and friendly service. Tested several UPS units I brought in and replaced batteries in the two that were still good. Spent a lot of time helping me get everything I needed done.
Unless you want to get screwed over then dont go to battery joes. Two batteries two years and they won’t hold up to their warranty and then they apparently sell faulty batteries on purpose so you have to buy a new one every year. There is no reason why they shouldn’t last longer than that. I’ve heard other people having issues with the same thing. Go anywhere else but battery joes. Never again. Save your money and go anywhere else.

My elderly friend went in for help on her car remote battery and she couldn’t afford the 25 dollar deal they were offering her and just wanted to purchase the battery and the manager slammed the battery down on the counter and embarrassed her. I’m sure yall have it on camera how rude you were. Do better! Treat the elderly with respect. Do not let your grandparents go in alone they wil bully them.
Batteries plus has great customer service. It’s a small business but I will always recommend them. They have all batteries plus light bulbs and flashlights (great Christmas gifts).the young lady was very helpful and even did an upsell. I ended up with 6 flashlight keychains for gifts when I just needed a battery replacement.
