Batteries plus has great customer service. It’s a small business but I will always recommend them. They have all batteries plus light bulbs and flashlights (great Christmas gifts).the young lady was very helpful and even did an upsell. I ended up with 6 flashlight keychains for gifts when I just needed a battery replacement.
Every time I walk into Batteries Plus, I’m waited on fast and the employees are always friendly.
The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The lady helping us was very rude and condescending. When asked about the products, was snippy and said they dont know what we have in stock and this is what's wrong with this town. She obviously didnt like her job and went off about other things we had asked. Every comment had a personal comment dripping with her negatively and rudeness.
Greta customer service from Destiny, she went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed and got the service that was required. Highly recommend for your battery needs.
