great customer service
The online order wasn’t giving me the rebate they offered. Item showed $119 then below &129. So I went to store, they couldn’t do anything and told me to call support line, which was closed on weekend. So I restarted order and this time the rebate posted. So I ended up having to drive to store twice. The manager at store clearly saw online order was wrong but couldn’t do anything. They should have been able fix vs making drive back and forth?
Purchased new battery for motorcycle. I asked for a battery with recent manufacturer date since one shown was over 90 days old. The sales rep said it was the last battery in the store which was a lie - it's a common battery and many are shown online for sale. Also not happy the battery is no longer USA made, or the store didn't have any USA made batteries in stock, or so claimed the sales representative. Kinda felt like I was given the FU treatment, aka take it or leave it. 👎👎
