I have purchased several automotive batteries from this store. My orders have always waiting when I arrived and the staff has always been helpful. The batteries have all served me well. My order today had a problem and the manager (Sophia) solved it quickly and without questions. That is the real test of customer service. I will be back to buy more batteries.
Wow! All I can say is they are very helpful and customer minded. In need of a special battery for my security system, I entered the store with the battery I was looking for. An employee my the name of Young assisted me in finding a replacement. Ironically upon checking out a similar battery was on the counter. I asked Young if this is what I needed and he replied, not at all its cost, due to its properties, was quite a bit more than the battery he had located for me.
