I dropped off a couple of fluorescent tube light bulbs for their recycling program. When I walked in, a kind gentleman greeted me and asked how he could help. I mentioned the bulbs I was recycling, and he immediately took care of them. He then asked if there was anything else I needed. The level of service stood out, especially since I was only there to recycle. It left a strong impression of how they treat customers overall.
Disappointed in the decline in service over previous visits to this store. I'm going to have to find an alternative as I will not go back after this last interaction.
LOVE this little store in Liberty! They have everything I need and are always so helpful in finding the right battery for all my gadgets and gizmos - and installing them! The manager Shawna is great - so friendly and she knows what she's doing.
Stopped by to get a couple key fob batteries. One customer being helped and four employees there. Looked around and waited by the counter for several minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. I usually try to shop and buy local but will go to the internet for my batteries.
