☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this location of Batteries Plus Bulbs has a recurring issue with not opening. It's currently 9:15 AM, and the store, which is scheduled to open at 9:00, is still closed. There are four of us standing outside waiting, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It seems to be a pattern. If you're planning a visit, especially on a Sunday morning, I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm they’re actually open before making the trip. It’s frustrating to make the effort only to be left waiting outside.
Unfortunately, this has been the second time this month that we’ve arrived early at Batteries Plus Bulbs to have several watch batteries replaced, only to find the store still closed well after the posted opening time of 9:00 AM. It's now 9:30, and no staff member has arrived to assist us. Even more frustrating is that we’ve watched five other vehicles pull into the parking lot hoping for service—only to leave because no one was there. Josh is absolutely amazing. I walked in here for the first time. I was looking for a battery for my key fob. He was super knowledgeable and pointed Me in the right direction. Thanks for getting my key fob working again.
I have purchased several automotive batteries from this store. My orders have always waiting when I arrived and the staff has always been helpful. The batteries have all served me well. My order today had a problem and the manager (Sophia) solved it quickly and without questions. That is the real test of customer service. I will be back to buy more batteries.
