The store seems clean. There were a couple of employees, and 3 customers before me and a few behind. The employees seemed to be very concerned with their needs. They even were helping a customer put a car battery in to make sure it worked.. Very patient and helpful. I came in to pick up some batteries for a little laser I have. They needed to be extracated with a little Allen wrench. The employees had name tags, Joe & Anthony were on duty. The wait was 10 minutes or so. I stopped by the Howe Avenue store this afternoon to see if someone could help me with a small problem I'm having. I have an wonderful atomic clock with a weather sensor that lives in the patio and gives me the current outside temperature. I needed to change the batteries and I could not get the cover off the outside unit! Juan helped me and was as nice and helpful as he could be!
