Needed a battery for a generator. Was able to acquire from local retail store very near closing time. Employees were helpful in our getting the correct battery in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I've also had positive results from online and local purchasing.
Bought a motorcycle battery in 24 at the beginning of summer and it always seemed to need a charge. Today I decided to replace it and went ahead and opened the vent caps. ZERO ACID in this battery. None. I've been changing and maintaining batteries for 20 years and I've never seen anything like this. I just opened my 2022 650 KLR battery original equipment and it was full to the top. Great experience today with a new car battery. Josh at this store went above and beyond the call of duty. Because of all the new electronics on cars, they are not allowed to replace the battery for me, but I was very comfortable doing it myself, but it was raining like crazy and I didn’t have a raincoat. Josh let me borrow his and I got the job done in five minutes! There’s no reason he needed to do that! But he was truly putting the Customer first. Highly recommend.
