I rode my Harley in from Las Vegas. Bought a battery two years ago from. Batteries Plus in Vegas. My battery gave out. I called the Batteries Plus in Lexington. Jacob did above and beyond. He called the Las Vegas store twice. Turns out I had 10 days left on warranty. Jacob replaced my battery and I was good to go. Way to go Jacob. Will definitely purchase all my batteries from Batteries Plus. Thanks again Jacob for going above and beyond for a Veteran..
Needed to get batteries changed in both of my key fobs. Missy was wonderful and helped me replace both fobs! In and out within 10 minutes! Highly recommend!
Wanted to fix my phone screen and took it there ended up having to go back abt 5 times but they refunded me!
