First off customer service was 💯 the people that helped us was so polite, friendly, helpful.the battery fit like a glove on my 2011 cvo street glide and 200$ dollars cheaper than Harley, don't go to Harley for battery, and my battery came with 2 year warranty, Harley wanted 402$ for a damn battery with there 1 year warranty 😡.
