I needed a battery replacement on my S23 ultra and they had one left for me. They partnered with Samsung so the battery was a Samsung original. Took about an hour or so for the battery replacement.
I think maybe for the first time in my life something having to do with insurance or repairs went well. They fixed my S23 Ultra good as new and did so within the two hr time frame they said they would. I'm very pleased with the service and grateful to the person who repaired my phone.
Took my phone in to get my screen replaced and realized the back glass was busted. They let me know to contact the insurance and was able to get that handled and still got my phone fixed same day. They were very helpful.. Customer service was great.
