Avoid this store. I purchased a battery a little over a year ago. That end died. I tried to charge it. It would not hold. I called the store to see when I bought it. They did tell me it was still under warranty. So I thought greathen he told me first.They would need to hold the battery for 2 days to Try to charge it and confirm it was no good. I told him that was ridiculous.What were they going to do?Give me a loner for 2 days.And he said yes, but unfortunately they were out of loners.So I could buy another battery and then ... read more
James gave outstanding customer service. He was not only polite, professional, and funny, he also was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my annoying questions with a smile. Fantastic eye contact, patience with my questions, ans even took the time to test my car battery on my way out upon request. James was also a great salesman, convincing me to grab a pack of AAs that were on sale while I was in there. He also showed me some very interesting and helpful products they had on sale.
