Guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. Quick service and out the door. They have everything battery related, in stock and ready to go.
Overpriced and deceptive. Was told I had 30 days to return two SLA batteries, but they refused once I'd briefly hooked them up. Staff kept flip-flopping on exceptions. I left stuck buying overpriced AAs. Worst experience, done with Batteries Plus. Done.
Posted Business Hours: M-F 8am to 7pm. Well, its Tues at 8:20 and they are not open. Lights on inside but not open and no one here. Very unprofessional. Update: Someone was here, a lady, but she didnt open the doors until about 8:30.
Waited a few months to write this review to keep the emotion out of the review! Bought a battery charger but it failed after 5 days so I called the store a day before my “return clock” was up. Person (associate) said I could bring it in to get a refund. Showed up and the Manager (very condescending ) told be I would need to go through a warranty process.
