After an order was placed in July, they were unable to find the product in August. Reordered. Then in September they called and said it was in. When we went they had lost the item. Reordered. Called a week later to say it was in. We go and it has been lost or sold to another customer. No apology. Just an offer of a refund. What? The manager asked what we wanted her to do. Nothing. We will not be back. Go to another location where they care about customer satisfaction.
Best experience ever. I made a mistake with the batteries I bought and the whole team, especially the manager Simone, went way above and beyond to help me get it right. It was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Batteries Plus in Hwy. 17
