They’re always super helpful and quick but today my dude Dylan saved the day. Fixed my key fob instead of telling me I needed spend hundreds on a new one. Left with some batteries, fist pumping the sky Breakfast Club style.
The policy of not providing a warranty for a battery that replaces a battery that was under warranty is a deceptive and dishonest business practice.
Got excellent service here. They honored my warranty no questions asked.
