Mount pleasant was very helpful trouble shooting issues with a car fob.
Web site and door on the establishment says it opens at 8:00AM. I got there at 8:15 and it was still closed. I waited for five or ten minutes and no show. This was Monday June 9th. I went elsewhere for my business.
I always have a great experience when I come to the Batteries Plus in Mount Pleasant. I happened to be there today when an angry customer berated store employees because he could not return his *used* car battery. He was told he had two weeks to return the battery - but thought he could put it in his vehicle and THEN return it, which of course makes no sense to any normal person. My car key broke away from the fob, and I needed a replacement quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and replaced the fob shell quickly and affordably.
