Although I had a slight issue in the beginning scheduling my iPhone battery replacement, they did a great job and I highly recommend them. Much easier than dealing with Apple and Best Buy for a iPhone battery replacement.
**HUGE shoutout to Paul** at the Mt. Pleasant store!! My car key broke off in the ignition from my fob and I was unable to start my car. This happened in the far side parking lot of Harris Teeter on Tea Planter's Lane & it was starting to get dark. I was in quite a panic when I called him (right before they close at 8:00pm). Out of the kindness of his heart, he met me there after he closed the store and was able to get my car started again so I wouldn't have to leave it there overnight or deal with getting it towed. Very quick and polite service
Great experience at Batteries Plus. I had to get a new battery for my truck. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, given several options on batteries, and was out and back on the road in less than 20 minutes.
I was desperate because I didn't know what to do after I broke my iPhone battery. I thought I was going to lose all my data. I searched every store looking for batteries until I came to this one. Mr. Wesley helped me and was very kind. They really saved my data. All the guys who work here are very professional and friendly. You're in good hands. Thank you so much for everything.
