Called an hour and a half ahead of time to confirm that they had the battery I needed and made them well aware that I had an hour drive and didn't want to drive there for nothing. Got there with 15 min left until closing time and the guy told me he couldn't install my car battery cuz he didn't have enough time....like dude I could do it myself in less than 10 min if I had the proper tools on me... Went in to get a key made for my 1997 Lincoln. Older gentleman, from the start, seemed off. He looked it up in the computer. Said it would be $20 for the key, and $79 to program it. WHAT??? Program a 1997 car key. So I asked he what was he going to program, there is no chip. After fumbling around a bit, he then told me it would be $20 per side for the key. Wow. Might want to train your people how to cut a key. It’s all good, got one at true value for $3.21.
