Went in to get a key made for my 1997 Lincoln. Older gentleman, from the start, seemed off. He looked it up in the computer. Said it would be $20 for the key, and $79 to program it. WHAT??? Program a 1997 car key. So I asked he what was he going to program, there is no chip. After fumbling around a bit, he then told me it would be $20 per side for the key. Wow. Might want to train your people how to cut a key. It’s all good, got one at true value for $3.21.

Made a appointment and left work early for it. When I got there the person who was supposed to fix my phone left at 4. My appointment was scheduled at 5. The girls only recommendation was to leave my phone there for days on end. Leaving me with nothing in a case of a emergency. Ridiculous they couldn't call the tech back to fulfill their appointments when I left work early for a scheduled appointment.
Have had 2 good experiences in a month with Batteries Plus...Easy fast installation on a car battery on a Saturday...then fobs went out they got them ordered and the young guy who programmed them was terrific...very knowledgeable and explained everything so us idiots could understand!! Very pleased don't care if it's a couple more bucks well worth the time saved and someone who went thru the process with us!!
