Great service , wide inventory of motorcycle batteries.
Sale was fine , pick up was easy. Only issue I have the battery was a little low , at least put it on a charger before a customer picks up the order.
Disappointing Experience with Manager Killian I recently had a very negative experience at this Batteries Plus location, mainly due to the attitude of the manager, Killian. I had three Duracell AGM batteries (purchased from this store) go bad for the second time under warranty. When I arrived, I asked if they had a cart to assist in getting the heavy batteries—about 70lbs each—out of my truck. Killian responded that they didn’t have a cart but begrudgingly offered to help. Went there to buy two 27A batteries and the sales associate was very unfriendly (borderline rude) and not helpful at all. I will NEVER go back there. Why spend my hard earned money just to be treated with contempt?
The tech made sure that the replacement battery I bought was the same size as the old one and had the same power. It was a good transaction.
