We just came back from this location with the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, 8/31/2025. Yesterday 8/30/2025 I brought in a small 12 volt battery to see what was wrong with it. The stores employee, Killian helped me out great. Diagnosed the battery and said it needed a charge. Not only did he tell me, but he wrote it on the receipt which I have if the battery did not take the charge the store will deduct the $10 charging fee to your new battery.. Great service , wide inventory of motorcycle batteries.
Sale was fine , pick up was easy. Only issue I have the battery was a little low , at least put it on a charger before a customer picks up the order.
Disappointing Experience with Manager Killian I recently had a very negative experience at this Batteries Plus location, mainly due to the attitude of the manager, Killian. I had three Duracell AGM batteries (purchased from this store) go bad for the second time under warranty. When I arrived, I asked if they had a cart to assist in getting the heavy batteries—about 70lbs each—out of my truck. Killian responded that they didn’t have a cart but begrudgingly offered to help.
