Dustin was super helpful give that man a raise
Worst customer service in the Des Moines area. The manager Michael Hudson is the absolute worst manager with zero communication skills, he takes zero accountability for anything while throwing his staff under the bus and blames them for everything. Well Michael guess what your staff is a direct reflection of yourself. He wouldn't give his name when I was in the store and I had to call back to get his name from one of the employees that agreed with me that he's the absolute worst. Didn't have a big selection of anything
Needed a dead cell phone battery replaced in a Samsung phone. They were able to confirm that they had the battery in stock and set up an appointment the next day to get it fixed. I dropped the phone off before they closed the night before and they actually got it done about 2 hours sooner than expected. Did a great job and the phone works perfectly. Would highly recommed.
