I Stopped in for four 6-volt agm batteries for our RV. The guy working was named Q. He helped me get exactly what I needed in a way that was most economical. He loaded the batteries in my Jeep and took the core batteries back. It was a great end to the long process of deciding what batteries to purchase and I was pleased with the outcome. Thanks Q, and I’ll be back should the need arise.
A good source for batteries, they have most any one you need, and they will install it in your watch.
Had an appt for a screen/glass repair on cell phone. When I arrived the lady acted like she didn't know I had an appt but had the paperwork in back indicating they did not have the parts required for the service. Basically told me I was SOL as their techs last day was the following Wednesday (the same day the part would arrive). No one called to advise they didn't have the part so I wasted an hour of my day to accomplish nothing as they are 30 min from me. Didn't have a good experience with the Urbandale location at all. The lady was pretty rude and could have cared less that I had paid for a service that after paying for it, was told they couldn't or wouldn't be able to provide it. I ended up calling the location on Army Post Road and spoke to Josh. He told me I could come right over. Josh and his co-worker were able to get my auxiliary battery replaced in less than 15 minutes.
