I had a wonderful experience when I went in this morning desperately needing a need key fob. The young gentleman help beyond my expectations. They didn't have my exact fob at their location. So he called around and then management for it. He found it and the a manager had one with them and was stopping in the Elgin today. Few hours later they called. When I went back the young lady there help program and cut the new key pretty quickly. Great customer service!

Needed a battery for my back-up sump pump system; representative from Glentronics (manufacturer of my system) recommended I go to Batteries Plus to get a suitable replacement battery. Anthony at the Elgin Batteries Plus location was so courteous and helpful; he hooked me up with the exact battery the guy at Glentronics recommended. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire experience at Batteries Plus.
Grateful for the help with my old battery required item. Danielle was very helpful and it's working fine now.
