Great place to do business. Watch batteries, Other batteries, Key fob and I got a magnifier with light. The staff are savvy as well as polite.
Matt and Connor were awesome, they were able to get me in and out help loading batteries into my car. Great customer service really nice and friendly. A+
Last christmas I took my samsung galaxy s21 in to get the screen fixed and ended up getting the atenna in the phone broken and wasn't able to have data anymore. The lady who worked on my phone refused to give us our money back and said she didn't break anything even though it worked prefectly fine before other than the screen being broken. Had to spend 300$ just to get my phone in a unusable condition.
I brought in a very old digital thermometer. I couldn’t find nor find replacement size batteries at the stores where I looked. The young man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the right battery and replaced the old one. I also brought in two fobs for my car. They were only working with the fob, not remote. He replaced both barteries and tested them outside to make sure my car got the signal. It did. My mother and I came in yesterday 5 minutes before close and I had called ahead to see if they can squeeze us in and they did. Connor’s service was phenomenal. We urgently needed replacement for a key fob and a garage remote. Even though it was closing time he wasn’t rushing us out the door and he didn’t refuse to help us out Give Connor a raise!
