Believe it or not my motorcycle broke down right behind the store, I went in and dealt with the customer service rep there he took care of me he checked out my bike and determined that it had low cranking amps and then told me battery I needed.
They put the wrong battery in my key fob then instead of checking told me I had to get it reprogrammed so I went to the locksmith and was informed that due to the wrong battery being put in it fried my board so now my key fob is toast need a whole replacement....when I told them they said a manager will call asap its been 5 days lol I won't hold my breath.....always had good service tell now done with this place to say the least....update the owners are disappointed in my review not my experience and want me to call a custom... read more

Always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, and they (Mike) did a perfect job of replacing the battery in my 2020 Corsair!
