After going to two verizon locations with zero luck, I decided to make a last ditch effort to fix my samsung phone at Batteries and Bulbs. It was obvious I had a network problem, but verizon kept brushing me off. Brandon went above and beyond. He not only ran the diagnostics, but he spent time afterwards optimizing my settings.
