I had an amazing experience here. They went above and beyond with the costumer service . I have a Samsung Galaxy flip 6. I had a black screen. I dropped it off Wensday night and got a call and picked it up first thing Friday morning.
I ordered a battery for my key fob online. I picked it up on the store, service was fast and friendly.

I needed to replace the batteries in my powered wheelchair before leaving on a trip. I called the store and they confirmed selling the batteries I need. When we got to the store, the technician was unable to remove the housing over the batteries. We then went to a local retailer of wheelchairs and they removed it but did not have replacements. When we returned to Batteries+ they were very professional and polite.
