Jason was awsome and helped me with a warranty issue. Store in Tampa closed and most of my purchase records were lost and my battery from 2 years ago failed. He dug into it and got it taken care of for me! Word of advice hang on to receipts for your warranty even if your a commercial account holder.
Jason is always helpful and has the batteries I need in stock. The prices are hard to beat.
I went to Batteries Plus with what I thought was a broken iPhone screen. I was able to make an appointment online and when I arrived, they determined the screen protector was shattered but the screen was intact. It was a great first experience with them and I will definitely go back! Thanks Jason.
