I had a great experience at Batteries Plus. I called ahead and spoke with Mike, then drove about an hour to the store. When I got there, Tyler helped me out and initially it looked like they didn’t have what I needed. Mike stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and the whole team worked together to get me squared away. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I had a fantastic experience with Tyler! From his personable attitude to his attention to detail, He was incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service.
Stopped by to get a key fob replaced after having a competitor tell me they could not do it and that something was wrong with my ignition. Posted on local facebook for recomendations and Batteries Plus was an overwhelming response and I see why!! Tyler had me fixed up with a new fob super quick and even noticed I needed new wipers and informed me of their price and while he was cutting my key, Mike was awesome and installed my wipers for me!!
