Waited for 30 minutes on hold, hung up, called back a few more times, after continuously being put on hold for over 20 minutes I gave up and went somewhere else. Seriously pissed.
TLDR: They ruined my phone, wasted my time, and had deplorable customer service. I dropped off my phone to have my phone battery replaced before a month long trip. When I returned home, my camera wasn’t working. Went back in and was told it would take a week to get the part. They agreed to expedite it since I was leaving, said it would be the following day. Excellent service
Just need a new key fob and a back up key. Only took like 15 to 20 min at the most. Guy was super cool would recommend this place over a dealership any day
