Michael is the man; I had a battery issue with my Corvette; he came to my house at no charge, found the problem, installed a new battery. Michael is kind, courteous, and professional I would go no where else and have been a customer at Batteries Plus for many years. Thank you so much for excellent customer service 🇺🇸
The associate that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the battery in the car very quickly and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
The gentleman who helped was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped us get a UTV battery replaced and also let us know they can fix key fobs so we got that fixed as well. Definitely will go back whenever we need battery assistance.
I assume you can get a battery you need. I took in watches to get new batteries. They couldn’t get one open, scratched the case and crystal and sent me to a jeweler with the wrong battery. Next, they broke one of the watches, said they would fix it, and have lied to me for months about it. When told to come in to pick it up ( 5 times) it is not there. “ come back” later. I finally said they could deliver it and never heard from them again.
Friendly, staff. Knowledgeable, usually have what I need. Good overall experience.
