I went to Batteries Plus today on Grandview and Silvernail. I needed a battery for a key fob. He had it changed in minutes and fortunately offered me the lifetime program which was just $6.00 more.
I had two separate visits within a few days, both excellent experiences. The first was to replace a battery, 9 yr old car. The battery brackets were rusty and the screw sheared off as he was trying to remove it. The weather was crappy too. I don't remember the employee's name, but it took him a long time to drill out the sheared off piece, all out in this weather, then re-tap it for a new screw, and get everything back together. I brought my iPhone here to have a screen replaced, the screen was replaced but in the process the Face ID sensor wiring was damaged. An honest mistake, as it seems the electronics are rather delicate, however it rendered my phone locked and unusable. The store had to order a replacement phone for me, which took about a week to arrive. Ultimately they made the situation right by replacing the phone that they damaged during the repairs, but it was inconvenient having to deal with this for what should have been a simple screen... read more
Great service and the warranty is the real deal!! And just think, service you can’t take for granted because it is part of the package and they have all that and more!! From light bulbs to batteries! Just saying!! The best!!!
