The experience of having a failing battery on one of the coldest days is never a good day. After contacting Batteries Plus they confirmed a replacement battery was available. Arriving at the appointment time our battery was installed by a very professional technician, and he also confirmed the generator was operating at the proper output voltage to keep the new battery charged and ready for the rest of the winter days.
They carry every type of battery you can imagine and battery operated items that I've only seen sold online. Customer service is excellent.
Checked online and they had the lowest price on name brand battery for my Lincoln. When I got there was quoted even cheaper with free installation. Sales person Rock did an excellent thorough installation.
The quality of the work was excellent — everything was completed to a very high standard and the end result exceeded my expectations. However, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired.
There was a problem on my purchase due to a website site issue. However everyone was polite and professional. They handle everything the right way. I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus.
