I went to Batteries Plus to purchase a replacement battery for my key fob. The experience was excellent! I was so happy that they installed it for me.
I forgot the Gentleman and Lady name but they when out of their way for me. I went to another place to get a battery for my riding lawnmower. They recommended the wrong battery to me and gave my exchange battery to whoever pick up them. Within a days time. Long story short...without a battery to show " Batteries Pkus Bulbs" , they were able to find me a perfect fit. Thanks guys
Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! Wasted 2 days and nearly $400 between taking off work and driving so far trying to simply get a screen repair. I originally filed my claim through spectrum Assurion. . They showed this location had 13 available slots open on Monday, which I chose 12pm. I take off work, drive 40 minutes there only to find out there is no technician there on Mondays. I was told to come back Tuesday, I ask for the same time, Manager Lisa says there technician should be there by then. No problem... read more
