Called ahead to be sure they had a 50 lbs. truck battery we needed for our Tundra. Employee said they had it at the Irvington store 25 minutes from our home. Asked if they had a cart for me to bring it in so did not have to carry it, was told no it was full. After carrying it in, a little computer work, and he turned around and saw the battery we need was not there. Didn't he look when we called? The next close store that has the battery is 25 minutes away. Wow, laziness at it finest. Will never go back there!

I got my key fob battery replaced, and it lasted 6 months LOL, and they wouldn’t replace it without cost
