The employee at this store was great - he quickly helped me make a choice for a lantern and had information at his fingertips to answer my questions!
My car battery died after only 1 yr & 3 months. I had no way to get the battery back to them so had to call someone to bring/install a new battery .i called batteries plus to see if I brought the battery back if I could get some money back, it was warranted till 2027 by the said probably not, I could have gotten the battery replaced if I could have brought it in but I had no way to do that, so not really fair! Won’t be going to them again for sure
Rude staff, I will, at least will not be returning to this location, if I do go back, it'll be to the first and wetmore location, have had decent experiences there.

Great customer service installed new battery which was a relief as I did not want to have come back.
