We had a fantastic experience at Battery Plus on Friday around 6 PM on March 28 2025. The salesperson went above and beyond to help us, providing exceptional service with patience and expertise. He took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed and even went the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and we truly appreciate his effort. Highly recommend this location and its dedicated staff!

The 2 guys working morning on Sunday Dec 1st gave excellent customer service. Glad I went & got new watch battery & key battery.
Well I went shopping online two different stores they both said they had my battery that was available but yet both stores did not have them in the store so they need to update their websites disappointed
