So as a certified repair facility for my warranty that I pay for every month and have for years, the first time I needed repair I drive 30 mins to get to this location 30 mins ahead of scheduled time to be told "We close at 7 (mind you I arrived at 530) he leaves at 6 and I will be here alone so I doubt this will be fixed today. I have closing duties and we close at 7pm." Walked in with a dead battery, from my lawn mower, that I couldn't even find a size nor type to. The rep had a replacement within minutes & even reviewed warranty options on a couple of batteries that would work. Very quick & highly efficient!

Excellent experience Tory was very patient, helpful, sweet, greeted as walking thru door willing to help. Then I met Anthony, the man that actually did the repair of my screen I'm using right now that's just like new. Went in with a cracked black screen, came out with a factory replacement looking just like before. Thanks to you both of you. Very knowledgeable nice fellas. And I got exactly what I went in for handled in a timely manner.
