Batteries Plus in Pelham deserves 10 Stars instead of 5 Stars. Recently I was there and Jacob, I think that was his name, went out of this way to help me. He was patient and knowledgeable. I was happy with his customer service skills. Also the owner was working late one afternoon. I am not sure of his name, maybe Steve. He also was great. It was late and closing time but he was helpful and was able to help me.
Your guys were great. Just told them what I needed a battery for and they took it from there. Even got a discount I didn't know I could get.
Did some Christmas shopping at Batteries Plus today. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions. I'm impressed with all the services/products they offer besides batteries: key fob replacement, cell phone screen and battery replacement, laptop battery replacement, multiple types of lighting and more. Great store, great service!
They replaced my watch battery for $6. Super nice and professional. Definitely recommend!
