I can't rate them any lower because I haven't even made it there yet. But I have call more than 10 times and I can't get anyone to respond. I am currently in route and hoping that they have a solution to my problem. Just needing a cell phone battery.
The employee was not friendly and did not install the batterie. It's on their Website and on the window that they do battery Installation, but No they don't. Next time we got to Advance, they are friendly and helpful.
I looked and looked over the internet. People had my battery, but WHEW! the cost! Then I saw a price in my budget range! I was looking for a specific floor scrubber battery. This is a huge battery that weighs upward of 100lbs. Other stores were telling me that it would be late next week before the batteries would be in. BatteriesPlus had the batteries ready to be picked up in 48 hours at a price point that beat all other places, hands down!
Staff is friendly and efficient. Received call with an update on the status of my order
Sign on door say open at 11:00am Sunday. Internet says 11:00 am open on Sunday also 11:15 still not open. No answer on phone call.
