After weeks of trying the Madison and Huntsville Al. location and never being able to catch them open or anyone answering the phones I called cooperate. They informed me that the 4 stores within the 50 mile radius have closed. You would think they would have it on their website or a permanent closure sign on the door!

Every Batteries Plus in Northeast Alabama has been closed. Sad to see them go, where else will I go for my battery needs? This store especially was known for having great employees and going above and beyond to help customers. They will be missed.

They don't answer the phone at any of locations and when you go there during store hours, they're completely closed. I went to 3 locations (wasted 2 hours) and none were open during normal operating hours.

I can't rate them any lower because I haven't even made it there yet. But I have call more than 10 times and I can't get anyone to respond. I am currently in route and hoping that they have a solution to my problem. Just needing a cell phone battery.

The employee was not friendly and did not install the batterie. It's on their Website and on the window that they do battery Installation, but No they don't. Next time we got to Advance, they are friendly and helpful.
