The young person who waited on me this past month was so helpful. A kind, patient soul who knows their stuff. Thank you!
Needed a very rare lithium battery & they had them. Professional service also. Great job
Phone is answered by a "virtual" assistant. Asked for a "live" person. The store person answered with "Yeah?" If that is your level of customer service, "Virtual" assistant and "Yeah?" You lost the sale immediately!
This young lady working today was helpful, friendly, efficient- juggling my needs to replace a car battery while taking care of other walk in customers! Great service.
