Great value and service!
The battery I needed for a router, a senior, who lives in the country with no neighbors, I care for was $54.00! I went home & bought the same brand new battery today for a back up, on eBay - delivered for $12.00 . This is just plan gouging of customers! Our family will Never go there again…..
If i could give a zero star i absolutely would. My mom dropped off my macbook for a battery replacement and it was supposed to get done the same day, less than an hour actually! they had to order the part which is fine, the next day the part comes and steve replaced my battery, it was actually a faulty battery and broke my trackpad in the process of doing so and wouldn’t turn on, had to wait a few days for the manager to come and look at it themselves and ordered ANOTHER battery, said that they would give my mom a refund bec... read more
Go here for your battery needs thats it. If youre looking for a repair DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE. They took a solid week for a repair thay I was told would take 30 minutes due to them breaking the track pad during a simple battery replacement! When I asked for some sort of reimbursement all they could guve me was a 6 month warranty for something that they most likely made another mistake on! Update!
