Clark was super helpful and honest when we took our iPhone in for a new battery. He was patient and really helpful and figured out we had a software issue and not a battery problem. The store is clean and he was so friendly that we will be back.

this batteries plus location offered horrible service and inept employees.
Came in to have my existing car key programmed/coded. The staff refused to even attempt it unless I bought a new key from them (which was way overpriced). They quoted $100 just to “try” coding my own key, with no guarantee it would work—and made it clear they fully expected to keep the money even if it failed. Felt like a blatant upsell tactic to force me into buying their key instead of helping with what I already had. Total scam vibe. Won’t be back.
