So I used to go to the one in Duluth, but it closed. I went here before taking my friend to the airport today, and Josh was the person I dealt with previously there in Duluth! Super friendly and professional, he was able to get me set up with knew batteries in both fobs. I was thrilled that Batteries Plus associate Adrien was there within the last half hour prior closing, as many associates leave early. Adrien was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant; he represents the company well. I love shopping at Batteries Plus in Suwanee for my family’s fob and battery needs!!
Brought my iphone in for service and Casey was able to help within a few minutes!!! Give this man a raise!!!
Went in for a new battery for my truck before moving out of the state. My rep’s name was Casey (hopefully that correct. I’m terrible with names). Everything went well except one small mistake that cause issues. Casey worked hard to figure things out. I make it a habit to never yell or put anyone down when a mistake is made or I’m dissatisfied with service. Casey owned it (again very small mistake, but he owned it nonetheless).
