I had a great experience with the Shrewsbury Batteries Plus location. I am new to the area and was referred by a neighbor. I started off by calling and spoke with Leo and he couldnt have been any more informative or nicer on the phone. I told him I had a somewhat exotic car and I needed a new battery but more importantly I needed the OBD2 memory saver and he said no problem. Quick and easy. Took the old battery in and they found a replacement quicker than I would have thought. Took the new battery home and I was back in business getting my mower back out on the lawn. Much appreciated!!
Leo was outstanding in helping my husband and I with our ernergency battery issue driving down from NY!! He suggested a local shop in the event the problem was related to our alternator. The triple a tow company was going to tow us to Maryland to a shop that was CLOSED!! Thank you again for your service! -The Overtons
