I had to buy a new battery for my iPhone. It is an older phone. Christian was very helpful! The battery was reasonably priced and in stock. Christian installed it for me as well at no extra charge. My phone is back to being fully functional. Best of all, he saved me a trip to an Apple store!!
I lost another key fob for my mini van. This is the second time Batteries Plus in Shrewsbury helped me out. Leo took good care of me. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!
I had a great experience with the Shrewsbury Batteries Plus location. I am new to the area and was referred by a neighbor. I started off by calling and spoke with Leo and he couldnt have been any more informative or nicer on the phone. I told him I had a somewhat exotic car and I needed a new battery but more importantly I needed the OBD2 memory saver and he said no problem. Quick and easy. Took the old battery in and they found a replacement quicker than I would have thought. Took the new battery home and I was back in business getting my mower back out on the lawn. Much appreciated!!
Leo was outstanding in helping my husband and I with our ernergency battery issue driving down from NY!! He suggested a local shop in the event the problem was related to our alternator.
