Great guys here. I had some foaming going on near one of my battery terminals. Dave came outside and checked the battery and thankfully it read it was still good and Dave was honest enough to tell me it’s still good. He came back with some cleaning solutions and got me back on the road without paying a dime. I wish more places did good business like this. I will definitely come here for anything battery related. I found a battery on line, called the store to verify, drive 40 minutes 21 miles away, the guy looks at the battery & says oh the positive & negative are opposite sides vs. the one you are replacing. I asked what did that mean it won't work. He shrugged his shoulders & says they can turn it around. I left drove back to the mechanic & he turned it both ways finally says it's not going to work it does not fit. Positive & Negative are on opposite sides. The Batteries Plus team is so helpful and understanding, not only did they take care of my phone repair, but they were also incredibly patient when I couldn’t figure out the Find My settings. They went above and beyond to help me get it sorted.
Great service, knowledgeable, happy to help. Nice experience. They put a new battery in my key fob and tested it as well. I was in and out in less than 5 min. I'm editing this review because I went back in today with the same key fob because the battery died. I tried to replace it myself but one of the rubber parts came loose, so I decided to have them do it again. The clerk was a younger guy, and treated me like an idiot.
