Emmanuel was extremely helpful in replacing the battery in a 2013 Honda fob. I ordered a battery from Amazon but it didn’t fit. He found the right battery and installed it for me. I will return if I need another battery for my car or anything else.

I was looking for a dual setting type A LED screw in for a lighting fixture I had. I sad the max wattage was 16W and the lady on the line didn't know what I was asking. She told me they have "regular household light bulbs" and that she only had 1. For a store that focuses on batteries and lightbulbs that is funny to not know that. Lol.
