I was looking for a dual setting type A LED screw in for a lighting fixture I had. I sad the max wattage was 16W and the lady on the line didn't know what I was asking. She told me they have "regular household light bulbs" and that she only had 1. For a store that focuses on batteries and lightbulbs that is funny to not know that. Lol.
Great experience; Martha went above and beyond, ordered a key fob from another store, programmed it within 45 minutes and was so pleasant. It was far below dealership price and works like a charm.
