It was convenient the guys were professional and they knew what they were doing it worked out well..
Replaced a samsung battery for me in ~1.5 hours. They were cheaper than competitors, and they were the only ones with the part in stock.

customer service is terrible. Will not provide correct info, and warranty claims are impossible. Would not recommend for even lightbulbs.
