I will be honest this wasn’t a good experience with this store they made it clear that they weren’t trying to help they just wanted the sale I don’t know if they work on commission but they gave me the least amount of information that they could and on top of that they tried to push my core charge paper work off on another store near me!!! They made it obvious they didn’t want to do anymore than they absolutely had to!!!!! 👎🏾

I was in and out in minimal time with the product I needed.
I needed a battery for a very old APC UPS. The original battery was long gone. I brought it into the store and a very helpful employee (I wish I'd gotten his name) worked with me for a good 10 minutes to find the right battery. He tried more than one to find the biggest one that would fit. You can't get that kind of service buying from Bezos' place! This place is great! I went in to buy a battery for my Android phone. The manager, John, was very helpful. He showed me how to change a setting on my phone so what I thought was a dying battery was just actually a setting. He saved me $70! Although I did not need a battery on this day, when I do need one I will be back! You seldom find that kind of customer service anymore.
