DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A T-MOBILE INSURANCE PHONE REPAIR CLAIM I wouldn’t say the workers were rude, but it was clear they either didn’t want to help me or didn’t know what they were doing. There was a blip in my cell phone service ticket and Carl knew exactly how to handle it. He helped my daughter with her repair a few weeks ago, and he was just as capable in helping us work out a solution. I hope he's paid what he's worth because the store seems like they'd lose a tremendous asset if he left.
Went in to get my car battery replaced. The man working looked up my vehicle and told me they only had one type of battery available. The MOST Expensive… I asked if there was any cheaper options and he said no. I purchased the battery because I needed it fast. I got home and looked it up and turns out the store had multiple batteries for my vehicle and cheaper options in stock.
