Took lithium batteries in to have them recycled. Jerks wanted to charge 50¢ a pound to take them!! There are better choices. Such as a trash can. Recycling isn't supposed to difficult, or expensive. (No, I didn't use the trash can)

Terrible!!!!! Charged me and should not have. I'm out $25.43. Very unhappy. I have lifetime warranty replacement. Still charged me. The owner asked me to go to customercare and I did that 4 days ago. Still have heard nothing back
We have visited this BatteriesPlus multiple times, and each time Joe has gone above and beyond to help us with finding the precise battery we need (and to readily exchange items when we *thought* we knew what we needed). It’s truly wonderful how well Joe takes care of his customers!
