When I called, they said it would be the price of the battery plus tax and absolutely no other charges. When I got there, there was an installation fee that even though the person admitted he had told me that over the phone, it was not removed from my bill. Also, tge employee doing the installation had to waste time going from room to room inside like he was lost for a tool that he had brought with him outside. They are not honest about their prices/work. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Really nice and helpful staff. Even though the store is small, they have a good selection of products.
Batteries plus did more damage to my phone then they could fix. I asked them to repair a screen on my phone which they couldn't do and they told me it was samsung sending them bad parts an can no longer do the repair& then did not tell me the broke my outer screen & they didnt even put my sims card back in the phone when picking up i had to ask about it why it was missing then when I ask about why my phone wasn't turning on they told me it wasn't charge the associate told me he doesn't know what wrong with it but I put the p... read more
