I came in yesterday to have someone look at my dead phone. The buttons on the side wouldn't work, so it wouldn't turn on even though it was fully charged. Nate helped me and was awesome! He got it working quickly, and was super nice!
Rude employee doesn’t like to answer questions when calling the store. Interrupts customer in middle of talking when asking a question someone else apparently called about too. Lawton customer service is pitiful
I bought two batteries for my key fobs a while back. I believe I paid around $25 a piece for a lifetime batteries. My wife went in today to get battery on keep off replaced and now my phone number which I've had for years doesn't register their system. Their lifetime batteries are a scam don't go to this place it's a rip off
