I purchased a battery from Batteries Plus located on Eisenhower in Springfield. After installing the battery in my truck, I began to notice irregular performance. This batteries plus had the auto battery in stock I was looking for. The service person was very knowledgeble and was able to help me pick the correct battery, with options. Will continue to support this BatteriesPlus store and refer friends and family.
They did not match up to what their website said was available in the store. I purchased specifically at this store because the website showed both items were available. Even though the store was 40 minutes away and not the closest to me, I paid since it had both items. I drove the 40 minutes each way, only to find one item was unavailable. Even though the employee was very friendly, I was offered no discount, no credit, nothing for my troubles. It was not a good experience.
