I called ahead to check that they had stock. The gentleman verified the batteries were on hand. He set all 4 batteries aside and they were ready for me as soon as I showed up. Great customer service!
I would NEVER GO HERE. They are absolutely the worst. They will not help you unless its to sell you some over priced products. But thinking you got a good warranty is a total lie. How they even are in business if they refuse to warranty anything
This business is a joke. Do not go here. You can spend double here and have zero help when you need it, or go to Wal-Mart, autozone, get a better battery, half the price and a company that ACTUALLY BACKS THEIR PRODUCTS.
Wont take a return because I ordered online and it processed from a different store. Spoke to their corporate office and was told it sounds like either the employee just doesn't want to do it or the owner isn't doing it. Either way, horrible service. Either the local operation needs to step up in service or the business needs to strengthen their ability to communicate between stores.
The manager, James was fantastic., He really helped me out. Polite, professional, and patient with me the old time that I am.
