It's 9/28/2025 Sunday at 1500. The store hours say they're open. But they have a sign hanging on the door saying will return at noon. Yet the doors are locked and no one answered the phone.
I am giving this store a generous 4 stars as they seem to have a wide variety of batteries in stock at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I was unable to buy one today. Online and on the front door, the Sunday hours show open until 5pm. Today, I arrived at 4:45 and the door was locked and store was closed. Owner….thanks for response, but it ignored my frustration over store being closed when I arrived 20 min before closing time.
I called ahead to check that they had stock. The gentleman verified the batteries were on hand. He set all 4 batteries aside and they were ready for me as soon as I showed up. Great customer service!
I would NEVER GO HERE. They are absolutely the worst. They will not help you unless its to sell you some over priced products. But thinking you got a good warranty is a total lie. How they even are in business if they refuse to warranty anything
This business is a joke. Do not go here. You can spend double here and have zero help when you need it, or go to Wal-Mart, autozone, get a better battery, half the price and a company that ACTUALLY BACKS THEIR PRODUCTS.
