The manager, James was fantastic., He really helped me out. Polite, professional, and patient with me the old time that I am.
Recently got my phone fixed there the guy there was quick and fixed it up like new thank you for the hard work
Dead car battery and nobody home :《 I called first to confirm the battery I needed was in stock. When I got there, James had just left but the young man, Casey, called him and asked him to come back to install the battery. He was back before I drove around to the back of the store. It wasn't easy and it took a little bit of maneuvering, and help from Casey, but they were patient and so kind. They didn't upsell or take shortcuts. Great guys and great place.
Needed a couple of key fobs programmed for my truck. I previously had a key fob programed at another location, but it turned into a big ordeal involving management to intervene. At the Castle Rock location, it took two minutes for me to realize Mike knew his stuff. Made an appointment, came back a bit later, both fobs programmed with no issues. Mike was very professional, I highly recommend!
Went to get a battery for my kids calculator and posted sign says they open at 0800 Monday morning and no one is there. Doors locked. Looks like this isn’t the first time someone has reviewed about not being open when they are supposed to be. Not cool. If youre a business and have business hours, you need to be open when you say you will be.
