I’ve been doing business with them for many years never had a problem. I brought a Jetski battery in that was still under warranty and they are telling me they can’t warranty it because it has less than 10% warranty. They refuse to warranty the battery or help me out at all and I never saw anything that says if it’s below 10% charge the warranty is void. It just doesn’t make any sense.
