This is my go-to place for vehicle batteries. I have purchased several batteries for my Harleys and always received prompt and courteous service. Most recently, I bought a car battery and received 5 star service again. Pricing is competitive the Duracell batteries are great. Can’t beat it.

The man that assisted me was very poor at explaining what I was purchasing. And he got an attitude when I said he didn't need any of my information and he then started an argument with me and called me a few names including Short man syndrome. (Haha) At that point I asked for a manager and was waiting to the manager. The CUSTOMER SERVIs was very poor. The people at the store didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable of the product. I asked questions about the battery. The gentleman who was supposed to be helping me did not get back with me said he had another phone call the pricing of the battery was very confusing. I purchased online and then I was charged for my Core disposing fee lots of hidden calls just not a good experience

I would give this location below zero if I have any ways to do it I placed the order and And paid online call the Store Spoke to the associates and he was getting the order ready Drove for 30 minutes to pick up only to be told that I Needed to buy Quantity 10 Minimum ,! Crazy ! they did not substitute or gave me any alternative or apologize. What a way to do business The owners of this location or the brand managers need to Seriously consider how they conducting the business and stop misleading, sells techniques
