Gentleman on the phone said he couldn’t help me and was generally dismissive and unhelpful. He stated he couldn't service the battery, that was purchased 8 months ago with a 12 month Nationwide Batteries Plus warranty, because he was a franchise store and not a corporate store, which is where I bought it from. He stated he had a customer in the store and stated he needed to get off the phone with me, a customer, and stated he would call me back. He didn't. Had I known I was limited to the stores I could access I would’ve just bought from a mom and pop. Lesson learned.
