Just got off the phone with the guy who says he is the owner. Bought 2 batteries for a vehicle. 1 works the other doesn't. Both under warranty he doesn't want to replace them. On the call he became loud, rude and agrumentative and constantly interrupting like he woke up angry this morning at the world. Because he doesn't want to replace a faulty battery as one of the 2 batteries is faulty. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND BUSINESS OWNER!
The store employee, which I believe to be the owner, was delightful and well informed, he was able to provide all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I've bought batteries before at bix box retailers and I think that Batteries Plus likely has better pricing just based on their bulk ordering and partnership deals. Next time I need a car battery I will most definitely be back here.
Went into the store on 4/28/25 with a dead motorcycle battery and left with a happy smile! Bhushan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to by the more expensive battery for my bike. I would definitely go out of my way to this location in the future when I have to buy new batteries.
Don’t buy any power sports or car batteries here expecting warranty. He will say anything to not warranty any batteries. Check the other reviews with many buyers dealing with the same issue with this owner. Go to another location. Battery plus should not partner with this owner. Trash.
We had an excellent experience here, the owner helped me with my phone that had a defective charging port and got me all set in just a short while. He was transparent about my options and cost, and gave me advice to prevent it from breaking again. He was exceptionally nice to me and my family and I recommend this store to anyone who needs a hand
