I purchased two 36v lithium batteries online, drop them off at here at batteries plus, they ended up being bad. They honored the manufacturer warranty prior to their approval to get be back on the water by the weekend. Great group of guys and girls. I recommend looking here first for your battery needs. Nothing beats being able to walk into a store and purchase what need today. Only place in Charleston to pick up your 36v lithium’s from. The best. Thanks Kurt!

I will sing the praises of this store to anyone who will listen!!! The transponder of my car key fell out while running errands, had my car towed to the store and the staff stayed 2 hours past the time they were supposed to close helping get back on the road. They were absolutely amazing. The customer service was so far above anyone else. My business will forever go to this Batteries Plus location for any needs I have!! I also love how the employee of the month is the dog :). Thank you so much for everything!!
