Came to get a battery for my car hours on the door 8:00am -7:00pm but they are Closed. How do you run a business like this

Fast efficient service was a sham... the new batteries are, the OLD BATTERIES still dying and found to be the original manufacturers issued.
I called for a key Fob replacement I need a new key to get programmed that I ordered online The lady said the key fob replacement by appointment only and the key price kept changing 🙃 If you call other locations they have a set price and you can pull up and the service done I'm not trying to call anyone to come in from home that's to much Ellenwood
I ordered a battery on Sunday. The website showed the the battery was available for same day pick up. When I didn't get a confirmation for pickup after a few hours, I called the store. I was told they were out of stock and that the battery should arrive by Wednesday. I called back Wednesday afternoon and was told that the battery hasn't even been ordered. I proceeded to call another location that has the battery in stock and am picking up from there, but I was told that I would have to call back and have the order canceled. ... read more
