Another store bought by an out of state owner that has no clue what he’s doing. I know. I worked for one of his stores. I suggest the Richardson or Garland locations. Both Plano locations and Dallas are owned by this owner.
This location is AWESOME! Apologies for not remembering the two associates I encountered but they where very professional and communications was no issue. They did a fantastic job in repairing my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra -07/14/2025. (Cracked Screen)
The guys at this store are lazy and rude as hell. Went in with a dead battery that was under warranty. Was told they don’t have it at any of their 4 franchises and that it couldn’t be brought in because “their franchise” doesn’t have it. Lie. The warehouse is in Dallas but I digress. I asked if could purchase a NEW battery and they said they wouldn’t install not install it if I did because “they’ve left blood under the hood” and it takes 45 minutes. Well organized operation at this store. The staff were all knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Conner for putting in extra effort to help me with my purchase by answering all questions and troubleshooting some things when I first called and then arrived at the store. Really nice to know that customer service still exists. I recommend this location for your battery needs.
